One if by land...

The Greater Quebec Area boasts some wonderful bike paths, one of which leads to the Louise Basin located behind the Gare du Palais train station. Follow the path around the Basin, in the direction of the Cruise Liner Terminal. A meal at Café du Monde is worth the trip.
