Lapin Sauté – A charming, country-style restaurant with mouth-watering dishes that taste as good as homemade. In the heart of Old Quebec in Quartier Petit Champlain.

Petit Cochon Dingue – An offshoot of Lapin Sauté, with a menu comprising sandwiches, pastries and wonderfully sinful desserts. Sinning is believing! In the heart of Old Quebec in Quartier Petit-Champlain.

Café du Monde – Parisian-style bistro par excellence at Pointe-à-Carcy, in the Old Port of Quebec City.

1987   Acquisition of Cochon Dingue by Jacques and France Gauthier
1987   Opening of Café du Monde on rue Dalhousie, with chef Robert Prigent
1989   Opening of Lapin Sauté on rue du Petit-Champlain
1990   Opening of the second Cochon Dingue on boulevard René-Lévesque
1990   Acquisition of Café du Monde by Jacques Gauthier and Josée Hallé
1992   Opening of the third Cochon Dingue on rue Maguire
1997   Opening of the first Jaune Tomate
2001   Opening of the second Jaune Tomate
2001   Opening of the bakery-pastry shop Le Petit Cochon Dingue
2002   Grand opening of the new Café du Monde restaurant at the Cruise Liner Terminal in the Old Port of Quebec City
